Reza Hygiene, a leading provider of sanitation products in Saudi Arabia, sells to multiple countries in the Middle East and the wider region.
As a business, Reza has enjoyed rapid growth, driven by market and product innovation. Despite their success, the sales activity of their teams across the region was inconsistent with little meaningful data capture.
Digital Efficiency
By working through a number of focussed Discovery workshops in collaboration with the Reza team, we defined a new streamlined sales process and designed a user-friendly digital quoting platform that could be quickly and easily adopted by the sales team.
The success of the platform hinged on its simplicity, making it accessible for a sales team transitioning from paper-based processes and used to work independently.
The quoting platform features a simple three-step process - customer, products, pricing - allowing field sales teams to efficiently create, manage, and send customer quotes whilst also having the flexibility to manage individual customer pricing and discounts.
Sales managers gained the ability to manage quotes easily, while Reza Head Office obtained a comprehensive view of company-wide sales data through customisable dashboards.
The success of the digital transformation project was immediate. The entire sales team was onboarded within the first week following launch and, to date, more than $1 billion worth of quotes have been processed through the system.
Reza has a longstanding Optimise product support package in place where we oversee maintenance and deliver feature enhancements to the platform. This partnership has included the delivery of an interactive 3D sales tool to help generate more enquiries which is also seamlessly integrated with the quoting platform.
The Global Quoting Platform has been the foundation project in our growing role as Reza’s trusted digital innovation partner, helping them to deliver their wider Digital Vision Transformation roadmap.
