What is CRM?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. Put simply, it is an internal system within your company built to manage relationships and interactions between your current, and potential customers. A good CRM system will streamline the sales process.

How Will a CRM Help My Company?

Data analysis from previous and current customers, compiled from your website, emails, calls and social media will help you evaluate tactics that improve customer retention and therefore drive sales.

Key point: A well built CRM will also help you build profiles on specific customer ‘types’, therefore allowing you to hone different methods of marketing to specific categories of customers.
